We knew this would be an interesting engagement ring project immediately.
The groom-to-be provided a creative brief like no other: images of water… different depths, different light, from different parts of the world where they had been together.
Other considerations were that the ring be delicate, discreet and with classical references.
Naturally, we settled upon a blue diamond. I’d describe it as “Hope Blue” (with a touch of teal) after the fabled diamond at the Smithsonian. They’d describe it as dynamic and moody as it seems to change colors depending upon the light and their surrounding environment.
The wedding band is still under wraps. But you know it will be stunning. And we’re pretty sure it won’t be predictable. Follow us on Instagram to know when we update this blog with images of the rings together.
So be bold!
