No. Inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, or even a rough idea are enough. Many clients start with 'I have no idea' and that's perfectly fine.
Are the rings really custom?
Yes. Katura engagement rings are designed and cast from scratch for each project. We do not use stock settings.
How long does a custom ring take?
Most projects take 4–6 weeks from design approval to delivery. Rush timelines are available — just let us know during your consultation.
Can this be a surprise proposal?
Yes. Katura can help manage communication carefully if the ring is a surprise. Just let us know when you schedule.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We've worked with clients in over 20 countries. Insured FedEx shipping is included on all projects.
