How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email jewelryadvisor@katura1999.com within 7 days of receipt to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Label
Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid, insured return shipping label.
Package Securely
Place the item in its original packaging with all documentation and ship using the provided label.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This applies to all ready-to-ship items. Custom or personalized items are excluded from this right.
Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange your purchase for a different item, we're happy to accommodate within our 7-day window (14 days for EU customers).

A Note on Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be returned. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship:
- • We offer a lifetime warranty on all manufacturing defects
- • Free resizing within 60 days
- • If there's any issue with quality, we'll make it right
